Overview — No Returns for Hygiene Reasons

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or selecting a different style after purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Product Types & Shipping Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Custom / Made-to-order items: Customized sizing or bespoke designs require production time and typically ship within 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Shipping transit time is additional.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are currently unable to provide specific details regarding potential customs duties or taxes that may apply to your package.

All applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items — Strict 7-Day Evidence Rule

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective/wrong items, please follow the procedure below — note that claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery:

Return (Unused Items)

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Required evidence

  1. A clear unboxing video showing the external packaging condition at arrival and the moment you open the package. (The video must show package label and packaging condition.)

  2. Photographs of the damaged item(s) and photos of the packaging (outer box, inner padding, and product).

  3. The item remains in the condition in which it was received. All components, including tool kits, remain unused and intact. 
  4. Your order number and a brief description of the issue. The item is returned in its original packaging. 

How to submit

  • Send the unboxing video, photos, and order number to info@uniqueros.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Do not return items until you receive instructions from our support team.

Resolution

  • After verification, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following: replacement item(s), repair, or refund for the damaged item(s).

  • If a replacement is approved, we may request the return of the damaged item (return shipping instructions will be provided). If we approve return shipment, and it was our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

Lost / Fallen Press-On Nails (During Wear)

  • If individual press-on nails fall off or are lost during normal wear, you may purchase replacement nails (single pieces or replacement sets) via our Replacements page or by contacting support.

  • Replacement items are sold separately; shipping for replacement orders is charged to the customer, unless the loss was due to a confirmed product or adhesive defect (in which case submit a damage/defect claim under the 7-day rule).

Refunds

  • Because standard returns are not accepted, refunds are only issued for items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped — and only after the required evidence is verified.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned/damaged item or of claim approval. You will receive email confirmation once a refund is issued.

Return Shipping Address

  • Do not send any returns without prior approval. If a return is authorized, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions in our reply.

  • Unless otherwise instructed, customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchange returns.
